"Pretty overpriced for what you get"
I paid way too much for this. The beer was totally fine, but definitely not worth the price at all.

"Late order, but they made it easy"
My order showed up later than expected, my first thought was, “Here we go, this is going to be a hassle.” But customer service got back to me quickly and explained what was going on, so I didn’t have to keep guessing. It wasn’t perfect, but they handled it well enough and got it sorted without turning it into a big thing.

"Not as good as I remembered"
I used to really enjoy Innis & Gunn, so I was actually looking forward to this order, but it ended up being disappointing.
The lager tasted kind of flat and overly sweet, and the oak aged one had this stale aftertaste that I just couldn’t get past. It wasn’t undrinkable, but for something that’s supposed to feel a bit premium, I was sitting there thinking, how is this okay?
For the price, I expected much better freshness and balance. Maybe I just got unlucky with a bad batch, but I definitely won’t be rushing to order again.

"Turned up quicker than I expected"
I ordered from innisandgunn.com and, to be honest, I’d already assumed it would take longer than promised, but it showed up really quickly. I got the delivery updates as it went along, and the box arrived in good condition with no hassle. It only took a couple of days, which was perfect because I needed it for the weekend. I’d definitely order again.

"Loads to pick from"
There’s a really good range of beers and gift options on the site, and I ended up finding a few new ones I’m looking forward to trying. It was easy to use overall too. Since I’m sharing the feedback, I’d definitely appreciate a little discount or voucher if that’s something being offered.

"Beer tasted flat"
I ordered a few cans and they showed up fine, so I was trying to give it a fair shot and be patient about it, but the beer just didn’t taste very fresh. It was kind of flat and not what I expected from them. I don’t really feel like waiting around and hoping the next order is better, so I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon

"Box arrived banged up"
The beers themselves were fine, thankfully, but the box showed up looking bashed. This is where it got annoying, the packaging just felt really rough and not secure enough for bottles/cans being shipped. Nothing was ruined, but it definitely didn’t give me much confidence when it arrived.

"I got one of the gift boxes for..."
I got one of the gift boxes for my dad and he was genuinely really happy with it. It turned up on time, packaged nicely, and just felt like a proper little treat, you know... After that I ended up trying the subscription myself and it’s been super easy to manage. Good beers, no messing around, delivery updates were clear... all straightforward. I’d definitely use them again for gifts.
